Richard spent 6 years in Ireland and California at various senior finance levels for a NASDAQ quoted technology company.
Over the last 15 years he has used his corporate experience to support founder/owner driven businesses. He has led investment rounds with both private investors and venture capital firms ranging in size from €100K to €8M. He has implemented new financial systems both for start-ups and rapidly scaling technology companies. In addition he has assisted Irish companies targeting the US market by establishing the commercial and legal structures underpinning their international growth.
Working closely with the CEO and board of directors in several companies he has designed business models to transform disruptive technology ideas into investible opportunities. He has also used his business model experience for due diligence work on behalf of institutional investors and as an Enterprise Ireland mentor working with high potential start-ups.
